Christopher Hicks has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President Operations and Process Improvement at Reading Rock, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at UGN, Inc., where they served as Vice President Operations and Plant Manager-Multi Site. Christopher played a crucial role in facilitating organizational change, implementing process improvements, and leading large teams. Christopher also had experience as a Director of Manufacturing and Plant Manager at UGN, Inc. In addition, they worked as a Production Manager at American Woodmark, a Value Stream Leader at Maxon Furniture Inc., an Operational Excellence Manager and Superintendent/Continuous Improvement Leader at Greif, Inc., an Owner/Operator at C&S Total Lawn Care, a Production Supervisor at ASMO North Carolina Inc., and a Trainer/Facilitator at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.
