Layne Latham has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as a General Manager at Vespa Utah in 2001 and later moved on to eXperticity, where they served as an Account Manager and Account Executive, managing large clients in various industries. In 2011, they transitioned to Needle as an Account Manager and Technical Implementation, working with clients such as Urban Outfitters and Skullcandy. They then joined Alliance Health Networks as a Client Services Manager, overseeing key accounts in the healthcare services division. In 2012, they became the Director of Client Services at Lendio, focusing on client onboarding, account management, and lead management consultation. Layne Latham joined Gild in 2013 as an Account Executive, promoting innovative hiring solutions, and later became the Business Development Director, managing the Business Development program. Currently, they are the Director of Revenue Operations at Reading Horizons, where they oversee operations and build revenue strategies.
Layne Latham obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Brigham Young University between 2002 and 2006. In addition, Layne holds certifications as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce, obtained in August 2023, and as a Certified Tutor in Reading Horizons, obtained in 2016.
