Chris Berry is an experienced football coach and administrator with a robust background in player development and community engagement. Currently serving as the Player Development Lead and U12 Head Coach at Reading Football Club since August 2022, Chris has a strong focus on coaching frameworks and long-term progression for players and coaches. In addition, Chris has been involved with Reading FC Community Trust since February 2016, leading funded programs including the Premier League Primary Stars and various health initiatives. As a FA Coach Mentor and Developer since September 2021, Chris supports the development of female coaches and delivers the FA UEFA C License course. Chris also plays a pivotal role at Harchester Hawks FC, managing club operations and strategic planning. Educationally, Chris holds a 2:1 Honours degree in Sports Coaching from the University of Gloucestershire.
