Samuel Rackham is currently serving as the Growth and Regeneration Manager at Reading Borough Council. Prior to this role, Samuel was a Town Centre Regeneration Project Manager at Swindon Borough Council and an Architect at MILLAR HOWARD WORKSHOP LIMITED. Samuel has a Master of Architecture degree from UCL and a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Practice in Architecture from the University of Bath. Samuel also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from the University of Liverpool.
