Victor Ugwueze has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and industries. In 2015, they worked as an Embedded System Engineer at the Electronic Development Institute. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Web Developer/ IT Support at LASUCOM, ICT. In 2018, they participated in the HNG Internship 4.0 program as an Intern. Following that, they joined Andela as a Software Engineer from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they became a Technical Lead at Zone Tech Park, where they worked until January 2022. Currently, Victor is working as a Full Stack Engineer at Readeo, a position they have held since February 2021.

Victor Ugwueze completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electronic/Software Engineering at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka from 2011 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as an Associate Cloud Engineer from Google Cloud in March 2021.
