Derrick Rasser is a Development Engineer at Reaction Engines since May 2021, bringing expertise in mechanical engineering. Previously, Derrick held roles as an Engineering Intern at Reaction Engines and as Front Desk Staff at Gold Run Health Club from August 2019 to March 2020. Derrick also served as a Component Design Intern at Hunter Douglas, Inc., where modifications to prototype manufacturing systems enhanced product performance and longevity while minimizing operator input. Derrick utilized Mark-10 torque gauges and Keyence digital microscope systems to evaluate product strength, performance, and safety. Derrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, graduating in December 2021.
