Oana Juncu has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Oana is currently working at Reacteev as a Coach Systemic Agility since September 2022. Before Reacteev, they worked at cOemerge starting from March 2013. During their time at cOemerge, they held multiple roles including Facilitator Coach Leadership Agile & Product Ownership, Systemic constellations facilitator, Certified LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator, and Founder. Prior to cOemerge, Oana was a member of the Pedagogical Team DUIC at Université de Cergy-Pontoise starting from April 2016. Oana also served as a Board Member at Agile Tour Worldwide from January 2009. Before that, they worked at inspearit as part of the Agile Center of Excellence shaping team from September 2011 to September 2012. Oana was also a part of the Organization Team at ALE2011 from March 2011 to October 2011. Oana began their career at SFEIR as a Lead Agile Transformation from February 2007 to September 2011. Prior to SFEIR, Oana worked at Eurosport as an IT Director/CIO from April 2005 to February 2007. Oana also served as the CTO FRANCE at Proxicom from October 2001 to April 2002. Oana started their career at GE Healthcare as a Software Application Architect from October 1999 to September 2001.

Oana Juncu has a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, which they obtained from 1984 to 1989.
