Phil de Caux has extensive experience in IT leadership and project management roles. Phil is currently working at Reach plc as the Head of Product Delivery for Enterprise IT, where they are responsible for managing the product portfolio and ensuring strategic alignment between IT delivery and business needs. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at Triangle Adventure Playground, a charitable organization focused on improving the well-being of young people through inclusive adventure play.

Previously, Phil served as the Senior Technology Business Partner at Harding+ and as the Group IT Business Partner/Portfolio Lead at Kingfisher plc, where they played a vital role in translating business objectives into technology strategies and roadmaps. At Kingfisher, they also served as the Group Digital Portfolio Lead and the Group Programme Lead for Digital Transformation, leading major strategic initiatives and driving digital capability and operational efficiency.

Phil de Caux received a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Liverpool from 1985 to 1989. Phil later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in IT (Internet) from the University of Liverpool/Laureate Online Education, which they completed with distinction from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Phil has obtained several certifications in various fields, including Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC), SAFe Agilist Certification, Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification, Agile Project Management, Certified SAFeĀ® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager, IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL), PRINCE2 Agileā„¢ Foundation & Practitioner, Professional Product Owner 1, and Professional Scrum Master 1.
