Yair Ravid is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. As Co-Founder and CEO of REACH since February 2015, Yair has built a high-valued customer engagement platform from scratch, achieving a valuation of $25 million. Prior to this, Yair held multiple positions at Eli Lilly and Company from September 2010 to January 2015, including e-Channels Manager, Sales Manager, and Brand Manager, where successful multichannel strategies and sales growth initiatives were implemented. Yair also served as Legal Counsel and Assistant to the CEO at Halman-Aldubi Group from March 2007 to August 2009, leading significant M&A negotiations and organizational restructuring. Earlier experience includes a role as Junior Associate at Baratz, Horn & Co. Yair earned an MBA from INSEAD and holds an LLB and BA in Law and Business Administration from Reichman University, graduating Cum Laude.
