Bernardo Pedrosa's work experience begins in 2018 as a Summer Engineering Intern at Talkdesk. In 2019, they join Talkdesk again as a Software Engineer - Tech Dojo, and later transitions to the role of Software Engineer I. In 2020, Bernardo moves to Reachdesk, initially starting as a Software Engineer and eventually becoming a Senior Software Engineer.

From 2016 to 2019, Bernardo Pedrosa studied Computer Science and Engineering at ISEL - Instituto Superior De Engenharia De Lisboa, earning a Bachelor's degree in the field.
