Shafaat Razin Sarder is an experienced outreach and partnership lead at Reach4Help, utilizing research to support Ukrainian asylum seekers during the Ukraine-Russia war by mapping border crossings. Sardar has successfully led initiatives such as forming a team of "share-volunteers" to disseminate information and obtaining a $10,000 Google Ad Grant. Previous roles include a microfinance internship at BRAC International, where skills in resilience and adaptation were developed, and leadership positions in various clubs including Vice President of Greenherald Maths Club and Director of Projects for GreenWorld Earth Club. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Lassonde School of Engineering, York University, with prior education including A Level and O level qualifications from Saint Francis Xavier's Greenherald International School.
