Previously, Linda held roles as Vice President of Operations and Grants and Senior Evaluator at SmartStart Evaluation and Research, managing various funded evaluation projects. Academic contributions include serving as an Adjunct Instructor at California State University, Fullerton, and the University of Southern California, focusing on social work topics. Linda's academic background includes a PhD in Social Welfare from UCLA, an MSW from UCLA, an MS in Applied Research from Cornell University, and a BFA from Seoul National University.
