Rey Cardino has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Bartender at Pie Tap Pizza Workshop + Bar since July 2022. Prior to this role, Rey held the position of General Manager at Dallas Grilled Cheese Co from July 2021 to July 2022 and managed operations as a Restaurant Manager at Panera Bread from September 2019 to July 2020. Experience also includes a brief tenure as Production Manager at Bubba’s and as General Manager at Paradise Bakery & Cafe from July 2017 to January 2019. Rey's career in restaurant management began with a long-standing role as General Manager at Deli Management Inc. from 2000 to 2017.
