Carla Gibson is a seasoned executive in the healthcare sector with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as Vice President of Programs at REACH Healthcare Foundation since June 2006, Carla oversees the development and execution of grantmaking strategies to achieve the Foundation's mission and goals. Previously, as a Senior Program Officer, Carla managed grants and provided technical assistance aimed at improving health outcomes for underserved populations. Carla's earlier experience includes serving as Prevention Manager at KC Care Clinic, where responsibilities included supervising staff and volunteers, coordinating grant management, and developing community programs and projects. Carla began a career in healthcare as a Ryan White Case Manager at Swope Health Service. Carla holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
