Ryan Tolley is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as Quality Manager at Rea Magnet Wire since June 2021. Previously, Ryan held the same position at Tru-Flex, LLC from June 2017 to June 2021. Ryan's career at Tru-Flex also included roles as Industrial Engineer & Costing, Production Supervisor, and Continuous Improvement Coordinator between 2010 and 2017. Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the same institution, earned in 2014. Additionally, Ryan attended the University of Indianapolis from 2005 to 2009.
