Jason Stephens has extensive experience in plant management and operations within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Plant Manager at Rea Magnet Wire since August 2021. Prior roles include Plant Manager at Tekni-Plex, Inc. and Director of Operations at TWE Nonwovens US. With a solid background at Essex Magnet Wire - North America, Jason fulfilled multiple managerial positions, overseeing P&L, safety, production, and engineering services. Before this, Jason was a Project Engineering Manager at Superior Essex, where large capital engineering projects were managed, and manufacturing processes optimized. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, completed in 1997.
