Jennifer Willshaw has over 25 years of work experience. Jennifer began their career in 1994 as an Executive Assistant at Transax Systems, where they provided support to the Company President and maintained calendars, scheduled meetings, conference calls and travel. In 1995, they moved to St. Peter's University Hospital as a Medical Secretary, where they scheduled all educational classes for all medical staff and acted as an assistant to all nurse instructors. In 1997, they joined Lincoln Investment Planning as an Executive Assistant, providing administrative support to executive senior brokers, managing and maintaining executives schedules, and preparing invoices, reports, and financial statements. In 2003, they became a Business Owner at Slim and Tone Fitness, where they were responsible for selling and promoting gym memberships, and created and implemented various marketing campaigns. In 2013, they joined Financial Resources as an Office Operations Manager, providing excellent customer service directly to clients through strong relationships and acting as a key liaison between clients and brokers. In 2016, they became the Senior Manager Operations, Global Communications & Direct to Consumer Channel at Beautyblender.

Jennifer Willshaw attended Northampton Community College.
