Michael Masseur has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael started their career in 2006 as a Senior Account Executive at Aigner Prensky Marketing Group, where they worked until 2011. In the same year, they joined RDW Group as an Account Executive and gradually rose through the ranks to become a Senior Account Executive, Director of Public Relations, and finally, a Partner/Director. Michael worked at RDW Group from 2011 to 2019. Additionally, Michael served as the President of the Southeastern New England Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) from 2015 to 2016 and later took on the role of Chair for the Northeast District of PRSA in 2020. Michael also had a role as the Director of the Pee Wee Baseball Program at Franklin Recreation Department from 2006 to 2014.

Michael Masseur completed their Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Keene State College from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Bishop Hendricken High School from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained the Inbound Certification from HubSpot in September 2016.
