Jordan Laurio is an experienced Network Analyst currently working at Raleigh-Durham International Airport since June 2022, focusing on maintaining network access points and VOIP phone lines while provisioning VOIP phones, Wireless Access Points (WAPs), and switches. Prior experience as a NOC Service Desk Intern at North Carolina State University from July 2020 to May 2022 involved supporting network access and VOIP lines through the analysis and resolution of level 1 issues via customer interactions and ServiceNow ticketing.
