Ernie Balabanis has worked in various roles in the sales industry since 2001. Ernie began their career at Oracle as a Major Account Manager in 2001, followed by a role as an Account Manager at sophos in 2003. From 2006 to 2007, they held the role of Account Manager at CA-XOsoft and Sales at Convoq. In 2009, they became a Sales Consultant at Lab Escape, and from 2007 to present, they have been a Sales Director at RDT Solutions.

Ernie Balabanis attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Management degree.
