Tim Fletcher has worked in various roles for numerous companies since 2006. Tim began their career as a Special Forces Company Commander for the 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) in 2006. In 2007, they became the Secretary of the General Staff for the U.S. Army Special Forces Command (Airborne). In 2009, they were appointed as the Assistant Chief of Staff Force Integration for an Army Division Level Headquarters. In 2010, they were Commander of a 20-man Security Force Assistance Team responsible for advising an Afghan Major General. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the Deputy Director of Plans, Policy and Strategy (J5) for Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT). In 2014, they became a Senior Advisor to the Iraqi Counter Terrorism Service for the Office of Security Cooperation - Iraq (OSC-I). From 2015 to 2018, they were the Director of the Special Operations Center of Excellence Directorate of Training, Doctrine and Proponency. Tim currently works as a Strategic Planner for RDR, Inc.
Tim Fletcher received their BA from Norwich University in 1991, majoring in Peace War and Diplomacy. Tim then went on to receive their Master of Arts (MA) in Management from Webster University in 2005.
