Sarah LaPolla has extensive experience in the IT industry. Sarah began their career in 2008 as a Network Support Technician and Tier 3 Incident and Configuration Manager at Harris Corporation. In 2011, they moved to General Dynamics as a Project Plans and Control Specialist, where they provided support and maintenance tracking to the Mission Director and prepared daily reports and statuses to leadership. In 2012, Sarah joined General Dynamics Information Technology as an Enterprise Incident Manager, managing and tracking incident, change, and task completion, as well as tracking outages and problem tickets for senior leadership reporting and awareness. Finally, in 2016, Sarah joined RDR, Inc. as a Project Administrator, where they tracked and managed internal and external actions, dispersed actions to appropriate workers, and worked closely with leadership to determine assignments and responses. Sarah also served as a Customer Account Manager, working with customers to determine process and changes to Business IT applications to improve overall function of the organization.
Sarah LaPolla attended Northern Virginia Community College from 2008 to 2020, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Sarah also obtained an ITIL Foundations certification.
