Sandy DeVinney has extensive experience in the life sciences recruiting industry, currently serving as a Manager at R&D Partners since January 2014, where the focus is on staffing solutions for scientific, clinical research, and engineering sectors. Prior to this role, Sandy held the position of Director at Mindlance Inc, managing business development and operations for pharmaceutical staffing. Sandy also co-founded a professional staffing organization, overseeing clinical and scientific operations from 2005 to 2009. Previous positions include Director at Kforce, where management of recruitment and sales across multiple offices was key, and Account Manager at On Assignment, focusing on laboratory professional recruitment.
