Don Strube is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate development, investment management, and entrepreneurial advisory. As the founder of Florida Paints since January 2012 and managing partner at R&D Partners since 2007, Don has demonstrated a strong commitment to innovation and leadership in the industry. Prior to these roles, Don served as the President and CEO of Color Wheel Paints from 1983 to 2007. Educated at Florida State University, Don earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing between 1977 and 1981, further enhancing expertise in business operations and strategic development.
