Lanita Morton currently serves as an Engagement Specialist at UnitedHealthcare since July 2023 and has been a Subject Matter Expert in Healthcare at RDI Corporation since September 2021. In this role, Lanita provides support to the team by reviewing work, offering suggestions, and staying updated on new information. Previously, as a Customer Service Representative in Healthcare, Lanita developed strong skills in Microsoft Excel, oral and written communication, and customer service. This experience includes effectively prioritizing call types, addressing both routine and complex issues, and maintaining high standards of customer care.
