Ketan Damania is currently working as a Service Manager and Service Delivery Specialist at RDC since March 2020. Prior to this, Ketan worked as a Sales Assistant at Vodafone from January 2017 to present. Ketan also held roles such as 1st Line Analyst / Deployment Engineer at Norton Rose Fulbright and Deployment Specialist at DCL. With a background in various roles in technology and sales, Ketan brings a wealth of experience in customer service, sales, and project management to the table. Additionally, Ketan holds a Diploma in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
