Erica Apolinario Zen has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Erica started their career at Grupo RBS as an Intern of Digital Midia and OPEC in November 2012. Later, they became a Digital Midia Assistant and OPEC at the same company from October 2013 to November 2014. In 2015, Erica worked as a Digital Marketing Analyst at DBurns Design from March to December. Erica joined RD Station in March 2016 as a Partner Customer Success Manager and held this position until February 2018. After that, they became a Partner Customer Success Coordinator from March 2018 to April 2020. Erica then transitioned to the role of Implementation Success Senior Coordinator at RD Station from May 2020 to April 2021. Most recently, they worked as an HR Business Partner from May 2021 to April 2023 and is currently serving as the HR Business Partner Lead at RD Station starting in May 2023.
Erica Apolinario Zen has a Certificate in Marketing with a concentration in Social Media & Web Analytics from UCLA in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina from 2009 to 2013. Erica has additional certifications in Inbound Marketing for Agencies and Consultancies, Introduction to Customer Success, Inbound Marketing, RD Station, and Inbound Certification from Resultados Digitais and HubSpot, earned in 2016 and 2015 respectively.
