Beatriz Viana Bernardino currently holds the position of Talent Acquisition Team Leader at RD Station, a role assumed in December 2020, after serving as Sourcing Tech Lead and Tech Sourcer. Beatriz previously worked in Customer Success as a Partner Customer Success role from March 2019 to August 2020 due to a hiring freeze caused by COVID-19, having contributed significantly as a Talent Recruiter by participating in the recruitment of over 80 individuals in early 2020. Beatriz began the career at RD Station as a Talent Acquisition Intern, playing a key role in aligning recruitment efforts with the company's cultural and sustainable growth objectives. Beatriz earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina, completing the degree in 2020.
