Saad Ali started their work experience in 2015 as a Maintenance Executive at Techno Source Pakistan, where they were responsible for on-site maintenance and installation. In 2020, they became an Engineering Trainee at the same company and successfully completed projects such as designing and programming a call board for the weld shop at Indus Motors Co. From January to June 2021, Saad worked as a Freelance Electronics Engineer, managing and completing various projects involving PLC programming. In 2021, they joined R&D Altanova as a FAB Stackup Engineer, responsible for planning and modifying multi-layer PCB stackups. Saad later became a Project Engineer at the same company in July 2022, where they communicated with customers and application engineers to understand project requirements, coordinated technical resources, and monitored key performance indicators for continuous improvement.

Saad Ali completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the PAF-Karachi Institute of Economics & Technology. Saad pursued this degree from 2016 to 2020.
