Eric Dancie has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Eric began their career as a Field Marketing Representative at MarketSource Inc. in 2014, where they managed key account relationships for clients such as Best Buy and Walmart. In 2015, Eric worked as a Field Marketing Representative for Dixon Golf, Inc., promoting eco-friendly sports equipment at golf events and tournaments.
In 2016, Eric held an internship position at James Korenchen Public Relations, where they provided critical support for clients including Trip Advisor, Hyatt Regency, and Yelp. Eric managed media relations, created press releases, and facilitated media interviews at events.
Later in 2016, Eric joined Rescue | The Behavior Change Agency as a Market Manager, driving continuous improvement efforts for marketing strategies and managing multi-cultural branding and street marketing strategies. Eric also established partnerships and secured bookings with various stakeholders in the music industry.
From 2017 to 2020, Eric worked as a Marketing Manager at 3D Media Entertainment Group, where they executed show promotions and events in tour cities, managed a team of promoters, and ensured successful events.
Eric then joined CPR Cell Phone Repair in 2018 as an Operations Manager, where they managed all aspects of the business and implemented customer enhancement strategies to improve customer experience and grow revenue.
In 2021, Eric became the Senior Music Marketing Campaign Manager at Get Engaged Media, where they oversaw music marketing campaigns until 2023.
Currently, Eric is the Social Media Manager at RCX Sports, starting in 2023.
Eric Dancie attended The University of New Mexico from 2014 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism & Mass Communication.
