Lisa Malek, CSP, currently serves as a Recruiter at RCS Staffing since September 2023. Previously, Lisa held the position of Engineering Recruiter at Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom from May 2021 to January 2023, and worked as the Lead Recruiter for Workforce Solutions at Employment & Training Centers, Inc. from February 2020 to May 2021. Lisa's career began at NESC Staffing Corp., where, from July 2005 to March 2018, Lisa excelled as an Account Manager and Senior Recruiter, contributing to the company’s reputation for listening to client needs and successfully placing experienced personnel. Lisa earned a Bachelor's Degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, where studies were completed from 2001 to 2005, and graduated from Westfield High School in 2000.
