Edward James is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment within the financial services sector. As the Founding Director of RCQ Associates since June 2015, Edward leads a specialized team focusing on Structured Finance and related fields. Prior to this role, Edward served as Associate Director at Randstad, managing a team dedicated to Credit and Structured Finance recruitment across the EMEA region from April 2010 to May 2015. Edward began the recruitment career as an Executive Consultant at Goodman Masson, specializing in Credit, Lending, and Risk from 2005 to 2009. Edward's experience includes a brief tenure as an Emerging Markets Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Edward holds a degree in Economics from the University of Southampton and completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
