Dayana Roque, MSHRM, is an experienced People & Culture Generalist currently employed at R&CPMK since February 2022, where responsibilities include managing the employee lifecycle and enhancing the onboarding program. Previously, Dayana served as a People Operations Coordinator for West Coast Fitness LLC, supporting multiple Orangetheory Fitness studios, and worked as a Human Resource Expert at Target, providing HR support during weekends. Dayana's earlier roles include Human Resources Administrator at McCormick & Company and various HR positions at Target. Dayana holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Human Resource Management from California State University, Long Beach. Leadership experiences include roles as Director of Community Relations and Director of Alumni Relations in student organizations.
