Ryan Ertle has a diverse work experience in marketing and advertising. Ryan worked as the Marketing Director at RCP Block & Brick Inc starting in 2007. Prior to that, they owned and operated Tertle Design, a company that provided personalized marketing and advertising services, including web design and graphic design. Ryan also worked as part of the marketing team at Pacific Computer Supply starting in 2019. At the beginning of their career, they served as a Graphics/Deko Operator and Floor Manager at KFMB-TV San Diego from 1995 to 2007.

From 1993 to 2007, Ryan Ertle pursued their education at San Diego State University. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design.
