Pratik Ramesh has extensive experience in data analysis and business intelligence, currently serving as a Business Intelligence Developer at RCLCO Real Estate Consulting since July 2018. Prior roles include Senior Data Analyst and Technology Analyst at the same company, as well as Co-President of the Bruin Real Estate Association and Real Estate Sharpe Fellow at UCLA William Sharpe Fellowship from 2016 to 2018. Pratik has also held positions such as Business Intelligence Summer Analyst and Intern at RCLCO Real Estate Advisors, where preliminary data reports on the corporate office sector were produced. Additional experience includes a Real Estate Intern position at The Xander Group, a Trading Intern at Zolio Inc, and various internships focused on research and mentoring. Pratik earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics/Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
