Antonio Augusto Silva has a comprehensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Antonio Augusto began their career in 1983 as an AD and Technical Support Manager at Magnesita S/A. In 1984, they became the Technical Director at MSA - INFOR SISTEMAS E AUTOMAÇÃO LTDA, where they stayed until 1995. From 1996 to 2001, they worked as a Senior Sales Executive at MSA - INFOR SISTEMAS E AUTOMAÇÃO LTDA, specializing in selling software products and custom development applications. Antonio Augusto then joined RCI - INFORMÁTICA LTDA in 2001 as a Senior Sales Executive.

In 2002, Antonio joined International Syst as a Software Sales Manager, responsible for the Business Unit of Software Development Tools. Antonio Augusto also held the role of Software Development Director, managing the product development team and overseeing technology innovation and product creation. Antonio worked at International Syst until 2010.

From 2010 to 2022, Antonio held various positions at RCI - Analytics Intelligence, starting as a Program Manager and then becoming a Sales and Strategic Account Manager. Antonio Augusto was responsible for selling Simpl3, Process Automation Services, and IBM Cognos Software. In 2013, they became the Government Sales Manager, selling software and services such as IBM Business Analytics and Tableau Software. Antonio Augusto'smost recent role at RCI - Analytics Intelligence is the Head Of Commercial, where they deliver data-driven business solutions and drives positive change through technology.

In addition to their roles at RCI - Analytics Intelligence, Antonio has also served as a Member at Koinz Capital, an Advisory Board Member at Zimobi, 4PET - Petmarket para Condomínios, and FAIRGAME.

Antonio Augusto Silva obtained a Graduação degree in Business Administration from Centro Universitário UNA, from 1973 to 1976. In 2005 to 2006, they pursued a Specialization degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Fundação Dom Cabral. In 2016, they attended Stanford University for the Stanford-Brazil Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program, focusing on Empreendedorismo.
