Rolland Ross Magtagnob is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in release management, change management, and agile methodologies, currently serving as a Release Manager and Scrum Manager at RCG Global Services since August 2021. Prior to this role, Rolland held various positions at United Health Group/Optum Global Solution from January 2012 to August 2021, including Scrum Master and Project Lead. Rolland also gained experience as a Systems Analyst at CAI-STA and as a Software Engineer at UST Global and Accenture, showcasing a solid technical background.
