Misael Harrigan has over a decade of experience in the housing and community support sectors. Currently serving as a Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Housing Inspector at RCAP Solutions, Inc. since December 2013, Misael conducts various inspections to assess the condition of dwellings under Assisted Housing Programs. Additionally, Misael coordinates services for Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) participants, working to enhance their self-sufficiency through training and support. Prior to this role, Misael gained experience as an Assistant Program Coordinator at Community Healthlink Inc., where responsibilities included supervising case managers and establishing relationships with landlords. Education includes studies at Quinsigamond Community College and North High School.
