Wayne Labat possesses extensive experience in emergency medical services and operations management. Since June 2019, Wayne has served as a Firefighter and Paramedic at Leon Springs Volunteer Fire Department, while concurrently working as a Paramedic for Bandera County EMS and a Firefighter/Paramedic for Fredericksburg Fire/EMS. Wayne also holds the position of Operations Manager at CamSamAviation LLC, overseeing charter flight operations with an annual sales volume of approximately $4 million. Additionally, Wayne contributes as an Adjunct Instructor at RC Health Services, teaching vital life support and emergency medical courses. Wayne co-founded Boerne Trapeze, leading corporate team-building workshops, and has held various roles in emergency medical positions at Six Flags and Morgan's Wonderland. Wayne's educational background includes an MBA in Business Analysis & Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University, alongside degrees in Social Science, Japanese Studies, and training in Drama/Theatre Arts.
