Jaimin Gajjar is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resource and Administration at RBZ Jewellers Limited since July 2023. Previously, Jaimin was the General Manager at WINGS IVF Hospitals, overseeing HR, Administration, and Business Excellence. Jaimin has held various key positions, including Head of Human Resources at Dr. Jivraj Mehta Smarak Health Foundation, where responsibilities included policy formulation and strategic HR operations. At Care Institute of Medical Sciences, roles progressed from Senior Human Resources Manager to HR Assistant, focusing on HR operations, payroll management, and employee relations. Jaimin holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Sikkim Manipal University and a BS in Chemistry from Government Science College, Gandhinagar.
