Lisa Joseph is an accomplished professional in the fashion and retail industry, currently serving as the VP of Omni Channel Merchandising/Buying at RBX Active since March 2016, where responsibilities include leading buying, merchandising, product development, and planning for both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar stores across various activewear categories. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a consultant specializing in merchandising and brand building, and as the founder of Eco Closet LLC, an eco-conscious boutique. Additional experience includes consulting for Ecoskin Collections and holding executive positions at Phillips Van Heusen, where Lisa managed women's and men's apparel categories, and Ann Taylor Loft. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge.
