Howard Johnson is currently the Head of Practice at RBW Consulting, where Howard has held various leadership roles since joining in 2009. Prior to RBW, Howard worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Marketing Manager at Zest 2 Recruitment. Howard started their career in recruitment at Zest 4 Recruitment after completing their BSc in Geography & Environmental Management from the University of the West of England in 2007.
