Ashwin Chandavarkar is an experienced investment banking professional currently serving as an Associate at RBSA Advisors since April 2023. In this role, Ashwin leads significant fundraising initiatives and mergers and acquisitions, including a $15 million fundraise for an EV battery startup and a potential $40 million sell-side M&A transaction for a UAE-based conglomerate. Prior to this, Ashwin held a Senior Associate position at AVA, where responsibilities included conducting various valuations and developing financial models for startups across multiple industries. Ashwin's career began as an Associate at Joshi Kulkarni & Associates, focusing on budgeting and internal audits, and began with an articled assistant role at D.R. Barve & Co, where foundational experience in financial statement preparation and regulatory reporting was gained. Ashwin holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
