Louise Redfern has a robust career in risk management and assurance within the banking sector, currently serving as the Head of Business Controls Assessment & Risk and Control Assessment at RBSI since January 2017, where Louise leads teams in control effectiveness reviews and risk identification across multiple locations. Prior to this role, Louise held various positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland from 2002 to 2016, including National Head of Training & Capability, where Louise focused on enhancing staff professionalism through training initiatives, and several managerial roles that involved implementing assurance programs and strategic business improvements. Louise possesses a Banking Certificate from Dudley College of Technology and has a strong foundation in operational oversight and customer service strategy development.
