Sanne Goslinga is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources and organizational design, currently serving as Principal Consultant for REBORRN since April 2023, where leadership of a team focuses on solving organizational challenges. As the Founder of HR Greece, the platform facilitates knowledge sharing among HR professionals. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Talent at Marathon Venture Capital, where strategic advisory and community building were key responsibilities, and as Director of People Operations at Hotjar, leading people strategy in a remote environment. Earlier roles include Head of Talent Management at Wayfair, Global Head of HR at sociomantic Labs, Sessional Academic at Griffith University, and HR Assistant at Marriott Hotels. Sanne holds advanced degrees in Human Resource Management and Business from Griffith University, alongside a Bachelor's in Sport Management and various coursework in Psychology.
