Sarah Arthrell is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Finance and Financial Controller at RBLI since December 2022, Sarah previously held the role of Financial Accounting Manager for Southern Europe at Smiths Medical from August 2018 to December 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Finance Operations Manager and Systems Accountant/Project Manager at Charities Aid Foundation, as well as Assistant Manager Internal Audit at the National Health Service. Sarah began the career as an Auditor at Baker Tilly after completing an ACA training contract. Educationally, Sarah holds a BSc degree in Mathematics and Chemistry from the University of Sheffield.
