Rajesh Dangwani is an experienced professional in the banking and finance industry, currently serving as the Head of Payments Technology and Solutions at RBL Bank since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rajesh spent over 13 years at the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), where responsibilities included overseeing Customer Success for various payment services like UPI, IMPS, and AePS. Rajesh also held positions in product operations and product development throughout the tenure at NPCI. Earlier in the career, Rajesh worked at Axis Bank Limited handling operational matters related to demat accounts and at KnowledgeWorks Global Limited leading a team in E-Publishing solutions. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and an Advance Management Programme in Banking and Finance from prestigious institutions.
