Gourav Poddar is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial markets and client relationship management. Currently serving as Vice President at RBL Bank since July 2021, Gourav specializes in Interest Rate and Forex flows and derivatives for corporate clients. Prior experience includes roles at Citi India, where Gourav managed client relationships and FX risk for Emerging Corporates, and Kotak Mahindra Bank, where Gourav developed hedging strategies for FX exposure. Gourav began a career in finance after transitioning from a technical background, having worked as a software engineer and intern at various technology firms. Gourav holds an MBA from KEDGE Business School and a PGDBM from XLRI Jamshedpur, along with a BE in Information Technology from Jadavpur University.
