Paul Rappoli's work experience includes being the Owner-President of RBI Baseball Academy, Massachusetts' premier facility for baseball and softball training. Paul specializes in providing batting cages, private instruction, leagues, camps, clinics, and travel teams. Paul held this position since 1995. Additionally, they served as the Director of Business Development at ARS Restoration Specialists starting from 2006. Prior to that, they were part of the Boston Red Sox Organization within Major League Baseball from 1989 to 1997.

Paul Rappoli attended Xaverian Brothers High School from 1985 to 1989, where they did not receive a degree or specialize in any particular field. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northeastern University from 1990 to 2000.
