Kayla West, MBA-HRM, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at RBC Bearings since May 2022. Previously, Kayla held the position of Human Resources Operations Manager at Samsung Electronics Home Appliances from March 2019 to May 2022, and also worked as an HR Generalist at the same company. Earlier roles included HR Recruiter/Generalist at J&P Park Acquisitions and various positions at Sykes Enterprises, including Human Resources Assistant and Recruiting Coordinator. Kayla holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from North Greenville University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management/Marketing from Lander University.
